VCAN KANPUR is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Executive to join our team in Kanpur Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India. This is a permanent, full-time position, requiring a commitment to working from our office premises.As a key member of our support staff, you will be instrumental in ensuring a positive experience for our clients and contributing to the smooth operation of our services.

We are looking for individuals with 1.0 to 3.0 yearsof relevant experience who are eager to contribute to a dynamic environment. This role operates on a day shift schedule, offering a consistent routine. We have two immediate openings for candidates who possess excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a genuine desire to assist others. The annual salary for this position ranges from INR 8,000 to 15,000, reflecting our commitment to finding the right talent to grow with us.

The CustomerSupport Executive will be responsible for a diverse range of tasks crucial to our daily operations and client satisfaction. A primary duty involves comprehensive Inquiry Handling, addressing client questions and concerns efficiently through various channels, including tele-calling for both inbound and outbound communication. You will play a vital role in Enrollment Facilitation, guiding prospective clients through application processes and ensuring all necessary documentation is accurately completed. This includes providing insightful Counseling to help individuals understand our offerings and make informed decisions. Furthermore, you will betasked with diligent Follow-up on client inquiries, service requests, and outstanding matters to ensure timely resolution and satisfaction. The role also requires active participation in Marketing Coordination, assisting with promotional activities and providing information to potential clients to support our outreach efforts. Meticulous Record Keeping of all client interactions, data, and operational details is essential, alongside regular Reporting on key metrics such as inquiry volumes, resolution times, and enrollment figures. Finally, you will engage in Operations Coordination, collaborating closelywith internal teams to streamline processes and ensure seamless service delivery.

To excel in this role, candidates should possess strong verbal and written communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-pacedenvironment. Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite, is expected.
