Field Officer

Namra Finance Ltd. is seeking adedicated and proactive Field Officer to join our team in Lambhua, Uttar Pradesh. As a Field Officer, you will be at the forefront of our operations, responsible for building strong relationships with clients and facilitating their financial needs directlywithin the community. This role offers an annual salary ranging from INR 144,000 to 216,000, operating on a consistent day shift schedule from our office location. You will be instrumental in drivingbusiness growth and ensuring client satisfaction through diligent service.

Your primary responsibilities will involve proactive Customer Acquisition and robust Business Sourcing, identifying and engaging with potential clients across the Lambhua region. This includes understanding their financial requirements, introducing them tosuitable products, and guiding them through the initial stages of their financial journey with us. You will be tasked with conducting thorough KYC Verification processes, meticulously ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with regulatory standards, thereby safeguarding both theclient and the company. A significant aspect of your role will be facilitating seamless Loan Disbursement, which involves assisting clients with application procedures, explaining terms clearly, and ensuring the timely and efficient release of funds. Furthermore, you will be responsible for diligentLoan Collection, managing repayment schedules, providing necessary support to clients, and addressing any concerns to ensure timely and consistent repayments. This multifaceted role demands exceptional Communication Skills and strong Interpersonal Skills to build rapport, maintain positive client relationships, and foster trustand loyalty within the community. You will also be expected to be proficient in Smartphone Usage and Mobile Application Handling for efficient data entry, client management, and various operational tasks, ensuring seamless service delivery and accurate record-keeping in the field.
