Field Officer

As a Field Officer, youwill be at the forefront of our operations, directly engaging with clients and communities. Your primary responsibilities will include actively engaging in customer acquisition and business sourcing activities, identifying potential clients and expanding our customer base within the assigned territory. You will facilitatethe smooth disbursement of loans to eligible customers, ensuring all procedural guidelines are met, and diligently manage loan collection processes, ensuring timely repayments and maintaining healthy portfolio quality. A critical part of your role will involve conducting thorough KYC (Know Your Customer)verification processes, accurately collecting and validating necessary documentation to comply with regulatory standards and mitigate risks. You will utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with customers, addressing their queries, providing financial guidance, and fostering trust in Namra FinanceLtd. This involves regular field visits and proactive engagement to understand customer needs and offer appropriate financial solutions. Furthermore, you will efficiently use smartphones and proprietary mobile applications for data entry, transaction processing, and reporting, ensuring accurate and real-time updatesof customer information and field activities, thereby contributing to operational efficiency and data integrity.

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong aptitude for relationship building, and proficiency in smartphone usage and mobile application handling. A proactive approach to customer acquisition, business sourcing, and meticulous attention to detail in KYC verification, loan disbursement, and collection are essential. While 0-5 years of experience is preferred, we value enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, anda willingness to learn and adapt. This is a day shift, work-from-office position based in Udam Singh Nagar.
