Your daily responsibilities will involve a comprehensive range of activities crucial to our business success and customer satisfaction. You will be instrumental in customer acquisition and business sourcing, actively identifying and engaging potential clients within your assigned territory to expand our customer base and introduce them to our diverse financial products. A key part of your role will be conducting thorough KYC verification processes, ensuring compliance and accuracy in all client documentation. Furthermore, you will manage the efficient and timely loan disbursement process, guiding clients through each step and ensuring they understand the terms and conditions. Equally important is your responsibility for loan collection, where you will build strong relationships with clients to facilitate timely repayments andprovide support for any queries they may have. This will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport, alongside proficiency in smartphone usage and mobile application handling for efficient data entry, transaction processing, and record keeping while operating from our Darbhanga office base.
