As a Field Officer at Namra Finance Ltd., you will be at the forefront of our operations, directly impacting our growth and customer satisfaction. Your core responsibilities will include proactive Customer Acquisition and Business Sourcing, identifying and engaging with potential clients in Dhule and surrounding areas to understand their financial needs and introduce them to our diverse range offinancial products. You will be responsible for conducting thorough KYC Verification processes, meticulously collecting and verifying customer documents to ensure compliance and mitigate risks. Furthermore, you will manage the end-to-end process of Loan Disbursement, ensuring timely and accurate processingof approved loans, and subsequently, play a crucial role in Loan Collection, maintaining healthy portfolio quality through diligent follow-ups and customer engagement. Building and nurturing strong, lasting Relationship Building with clients will be paramount, requiring excellent Communication Skills and Interpersonal Skills to foster trust and loyalty. This role also requires adept Smartphone Usage and Mobile Application Handling for efficient data entry, transaction processing, and reporting in the field.

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from INR 144,000 to 216,000, commensurate with your experience and performance.
