Information Systems. This role ensures accurate data collection, processing, and reporting to support business operations and decision-making. The MIS Executive works closely with various departments to understand system requirements and deliver timely and reliable information solutions.Main ResponsibilitiesAssist the Planner in preparing the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and Daily / Weekly Production Plan.Gather data on material requirements, machine capacity, and manpower availability.Ensure production plans align with forecast, customer orders, and material readiness.Track daily production performance versus plan (plan vs

actual).Identify issues on the shop floor and escalate them to the Planner or Supervisor.Prepare delay reports and provide initial recommendations for improvement.Coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse, and Production to ensure timely material availability.Communicate schedule changes due to urgent orders, material shortages, or production issues.Relay planning information to production leaders or operators as neededPrepare and manage documents such as Work Orders, Production Schedules, and Material Requirement Planning (MRP) forms.Ensure all production-related data is accurately and promptly entered into the ERP system

(SAP/Oracle/others).Maintain records and organize planning-related documents.Job Requirements & QualificationQualifications & SkillsMinimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in any field.Having Experience in the same position would be an advantage.Computer literate in using Ms. Office application (Word, Excel, PPT, and Outlook) and has experience in using SAP would be an advantage.Bilingual proficiency - English and Bahasa both written and spoken, has another language proficiency would be an advantage.Willing to work over time if needed.
