Field Officer

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with 0to 5 years of experience, demonstrating a strong aptitude for direct client engagement and financial services. Essential requirements include proven capabilities in customer acquisition and business sourcing, alongside a solid understanding of loan disbursement and loan collection processes. Candidates must possess excellent communicationskills and strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with diverse client groups. Proficiency in smartphone usage and mobile application handling is critical for daily operational tasks, as is a commitment to meticulous KYC verification. A genuine passion for relationship building and community developmentwill be key to success in this role.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will be dynamic and varied, focusing on direct interaction with our clientele and the community. You will be instrumental in actively engaging in customer acquisition and business sourcingwithin your assigned territory, identifying potential clients and introducing them to Namra Finance Ltd.'s offerings. A critical part of your role involves conducting thorough KYC verification processes for new and existing clients, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and internal policies.You will facilitate the entire loan disbursement process, guiding clients through paperwork and ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate before funds are released. Furthermore, you will manage and execute timely loan collection activities, maintaining positive client relationships even during challenging discussions, andproviding support to ensure repayment schedules are met. Utilizing mobile applications and smartphones will be a constant aspect of your work for efficient data entry, record-keeping, client communication, and other operational tasks. Building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationshipswith clients will be paramount, requiring you to understand their financial needs, offer appropriate solutions, and provide exceptional customer service. You will also be responsible for resolving client inquiries and issues promptly and professionally, acting as a reliable point of contact for ourvalued customers.

This permanent, full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from INR 144,000 to 216,000 per annum, commensurate with your experience and performance.
