As a Corporate Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the capabilities and knowledge of our workforce, particularly in critical business technologies. Your primary responsibilities will involve designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs focused on the Microsoft Ecosystem, including in-depth modules on Microsoft Dynamics365 and the Power Platform. You will be tasked with assessing the training needs of various departments and individuals, then creating tailored content that addresses specific skill gaps related to CRM/ERP business processes. This will include conducting engaging workshops, interactivesessions, and one-on-one coaching, ensuring participants gain practical, hands-on experience. Furthermore, you will be responsible for developing and updating training materials, user guides, and documentation to reflect the latest software updates and best practices.A key aspect of this role involves providing constructive feedback, evaluating training effectiveness through various metrics, and continuously refining programs to maximize learning outcomes. You will also collaborate closely with subject matter experts and project teams to ensure training content aligns with strategic business objectivesand operational requirements, while staying abreast of new developments and certifications within the Microsoft ecosystem to keep our training offerings cutting-edge.

To be successful in this role, you should possess a minimum of 1.0 year of proven experience incorporate training, with a strong emphasis on enterprise software solutions. A solid understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365, the Power Platform, and broader CRM/ERP business processes within the Microsoft Ecosystem is essential. Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills, capable of simplifying complex technical information for diverse audiences. While not strictly mandatory, relevant Microsoft Certifications will be a significant advantage.
