Your day-to-day responsibilities will be dynamic and varied, primarily focused ondirect customer engagement in the field. A key aspect of your role will involve proactive Business Sourcing and Customer Acquisition, identifying potential clients and introducing them to Namra Finance Ltd.'s offerings. You will conduct thorough KYC Verification processes, ensuring complianceand accuracy for all new applications. Furthermore, you will be responsible for facilitating Loan Disbursement, guiding customers through the final stages of their loan process, and providing clear explanations of terms and conditions. Effective Loan Collection will also be a critical duty, requiring you to manage repayment schedules and follow up with clients to ensure timely payments, while maintaining positive client relationships. Strong Communication Skills and Interpersonal Skills are paramount as you build and nurture lasting Relationship Building with our clientele, addressing their queries and providingexceptional service. You will regularly utilize a Smartphone and demonstrate proficiency in Mobile Application Handling for various operational tasks, including data entry, transaction processing, and client communication, ensuring efficient and paperless operations.

To succeed in this role, you shouldpossess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong customer-centric approach, and the ability to effectively manage your time and tasks independently. Proficiency in using smartphones and mobile applications for professional tasks is essential. We offer a competitive salary range of INR144,000 to 216,000 per annum for this full-time, work-from-office position.
