This is a permanent, full-time position offering a stable career with our organization. Youwill be based out of our Aurangabad office, operating on a day shift schedule, though the role inherently involves significant time spent in the field. We are looking to fill five immediate openings, providing ample opportunity for new talent to join our dynamicteam. The compensation for this role ranges from INR 15,000 to INR 25,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We welcome applications from candidates with 0 to 1 year ofexperience, making this an ideal entry point for fresh graduates or those just starting their professional journey.

The core responsibilities of a Field Officer involve extensive engagement with prospective and existing clients directly in their communities. You will be responsible for identifying potentialclients, explaining Namra Finance Ltd.'s various financial products and services, and assisting them through the application process. This includes conducting thorough client verification, collecting necessary documentation, and ensuring all applications adhere to company policies and regulatory guidelines. Furthermore, you will play a key role in fostering strong client relationships, providing ongoing support, and facilitating timely loan repayments and collections where necessary. Your daily activities will also involve gathering market feedback, reporting on competitive activities, and collaborating closely with your team andbranch management to achieve sales targets and operational objectives. Effective communication, proactive problem-solving, and a strong commitment to teamwork are essential as you navigate diverse client needs and contribute to the overall success of our field operations.

To succeed in thisrole, candidates should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling them to build rapport and convey information clearly and effectively. We require individuals who areself-motivated, possess a strong sense of responsibility, and are comfortable with extensive fieldwork and travel within Aurangabad and surrounding areas. While prior experience of 0-1 year is preferred, we are open to enthusiastic freshers who demonstrate awillingness to learn and grow. Proficiency in local languages such as Marathi and Hindi is highly advantageous, along with a valid two-wheeler license and personal vehicle.
