In this dynamic role, your primary responsibilities will revolve around expanding our reach and serving our clients effectively within the Amethi region. You will actively engage in Customer Acquisition, identifying and approaching potential clients, and Business Sourcing, introducing them to Namra Finance Ltd.'s range of financial products tailored to their needs. A crucial part of your work will involve conducting thorough KYC Verification processes, meticulously collecting and verifying client documentation to ensure compliance with regulatorystandards and mitigate risks. You will be responsible for facilitating Loan Disbursement, guiding clients through the entire process, explaining terms and conditions clearly, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately. Equally important is your role in Loan Collection, where you willmanage repayment schedules, follow up with clients, and provide support and solutions to ensure timely repayments, maintaining a healthy portfolio. Effective Communication Skills and strong Interpersonal Skills are paramount as you build trust and rapport, fostering positive and enduring Relationship Building withevery interaction, understanding client needs, and addressing their concerns professionally. You will regularly utilize a smartphone for various tasks, demonstrating proficiency in Smartphone Usage and Mobile Application Handling to record transactions, update client information, process applications, and manage your daily scheduleefficiently. This role requires a proactive approach to meeting targets, a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, and the ability to work independently while representing Namra Finance Ltd. with integrity.

Candidates should possess 0-5 years of relevant experience, demonstrating a foundational understanding of financial services or a strong aptitude for learning and field operations. We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from INR 144,000 to 216,000.
