aiviue is seeking five dedicated and proactive Regional HR professionals to join our growing team in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh, India. This is a permanent, full-time position, requiring a commitment to working from our office during day shifts. As akey member of our human resources department, you will play a crucial role in supporting our regional operations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment for all employees. We are looking for candidates with 1.0 to 3.0 years of relevant experience in human resources, ideally within a regional capacity. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, demonstrating the ability to articulatecomplex information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences. A solid foundation of relevant HR domain knowledge is essential, encompassing best practices in recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. Furthermore, we value individuals who exhibit excellent teamwork capabilities, collaborating seamlessly with colleagues andregional management, and possess robust problem-solving skills to address HR challenges proactively and efficiently. Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations specific to Uttar Pradesh will be a significant advantage. The annual salary for this role ranges from INR 15,000 to INR 25,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
In this dynamic Regional HR role, your day-to-day responsibilities will be diverse and impactful, covering a broad spectrum of humanresources functions. You will be instrumental in managing the full recruitment lifecycle for regional positions, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to facilitating smooth onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring they integrate effectively into our company culture. A significant part of your role will involvefostering positive employee relations, acting as a point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution, while upholding fair and consistent application of company policies. You will also be responsible for assisting with the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all applicable labor laws and internal guidelines across the region. Furthermore, you will support performance management initiatives, coordinating performance reviews, and assisting managers with employee development plans. Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records, processing HR-related documentation, and preparing various HR reports will also be key aspects of your contribution. You will collaborate closely with regional leadership to understand their HR needs, provide strategic guidance, and contribute to initiatives that enhance employee engagement and retention. This role demands a proactiveapproach to identifying and addressing HR-related issues, contributing to a supportive and high-performing work environment.
