Namra Finance Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and proactive Recovery Officer to join our team in Aurangabad, Bihar, India. This is a permanent, full-time position operating on a dayshift schedule, offering a vital opportunity to contribute to our financial stability and customer relationship management. As a key member of our operations, you will be instrumental in managing and recovering overdue accounts, ensuring the continued health of our loan portfolio.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve conducting field visits to customers with overdue accounts, engaging in respectful and effectivecustomer interaction to understand their financial situations and challenges. You will be responsible for explaining our collection and recovery processes clearly and transparently, ensuring customers understand their options and obligations. A significant part of your role will be to utilize strong negotiation skills to establishand agree upon realistic repayment plans, demonstrating problem-solving abilities to overcome obstacles. You will be expected to handle smartphones and mobile applications proficiently for efficient data entry, tracking, and reporting of all interactions and recovery efforts. Maintaining accurate records, adhering to company policies, and complying with all regulatory guidelines are paramount to your success in this role, alongside fostering strong interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport.

We are looking for candidates with 0.5 to 5.0 years ofrelevant experience, possessing excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a strong customer-centric approach. Proficiency in field collection, understanding of recovery processes, and the ability to effectively use mobile technology are essential. The annual salary for this position ranges from INR 144,000 to INR 216,000.
