As a Recovery Officer, your core responsibility will be to conduct field collection activities, engaging directly with customers to understand their financial situations and facilitate the recovery of overdue payments. This involves traveling within the Darbhanga region to meetwith clients, building rapport, and explaining repayment options clearly and empathetically. You will be tasked with meticulously following established collection and recovery processes, ensuring all interactions are professional, compliant with company policies, and adhere to ethical guidelines.
