Recovery Officer

Namra Finance Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Recovery Officer to join our team in Darbhanga, Bihar, India. We are looking for candidates with 0.5 to 5.0 years of relevant experience in collections or field recovery. This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from INR 144,000 to INR 216,000. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and negotiation skills, coupled with a proactive approach to customer interaction and problem-solving, demonstrating a clear understanding of collection andrecovery processes.

As a Recovery Officer, your core responsibility will be to conduct field collection activities, engaging directly with customers to understand their financial situations and facilitate the recovery of overdue payments. This involves traveling within the Darbhanga region to meetwith clients, building rapport, and explaining repayment options clearly and empathetically. You will be tasked with meticulously following established collection and recovery processes, ensuring all interactions are professional, compliant with company policies, and adhere to ethical guidelines. A critical aspectof your role will be the effective utilization of a smartphone and dedicated mobile applications for tracking collections, updating customer records in real-time, and generating necessary reports.
