NamraFinance Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and proactive Recovery Officer to join our team in Kota, Rajasthan, India. This is a permanent, full-time position, requiring a commitment to working from our office during day shifts. As a key memberof our operations, you will play a crucial role in managing and recovering outstanding dues, contributing directly to the financial health and stability of the company.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with 0 to 0.5 years of experience, making this an ideal opportunity for fresh graduates or those just starting their careers. The successful candidate will possess strong Communication Skills and Negotiation Skills, coupled with excellent Interpersonal Skills to manage sensitive customer interactions effectively. A foundational understanding of Collection & RecoveryProcesses is beneficial, and the ability to handle smartphones and mobile applications efficiently is essential. This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from INR 144,000 to 216,000.

Your primaryresponsibilities will involve conducting proactive Field Collection activities, which includes traveling extensively within designated areas to meet with customers regarding their outstanding payments. You will engage in direct and empathetic Customer Interaction, explaining payment terms, addressing their concerns, and working collaboratively towardsamicable resolutions that benefit both the customer and the company. A significant part of your role will be applying effective Negotiation Skills to secure payments, establish realistic repayment plans, and follow up diligently on commitments, always adhering strictly to ethical practices and company guidelines. You will be responsible for accurately documenting all interactions, payment promises, and transactions in real-time using company-provided Mobile Application Handling tools on a smartphone, ensuring data integrity and timely updates to customer accounts. Furthermore, you will need todemonstrate strong Problem Solving abilities to overcome challenges in the recovery process, identifying root causes of non-payment and proposing viable, compliant solutions. This role requires consistent Field Travel, a proactive approach to managing a portfolio of accounts, and a thorough understandingof all Collection & Recovery Processes to ensure efficient and compliant operations.

Requirements
