As a Recovery Officer, you will be instrumental in managing and facilitating the ethical and efficient recovery of outstanding dues, directly contributing to the financial health and stability of our organization and supporting our mission of responsible lending.We are looking for candidates with 0.5 to 5.0 years of relevant experience in financial recovery or a related field. Strong communication skills are paramount, enabling effective and empathetic interactions with customers. Ideal candidates will possess excellent negotiationskills, a keen ability to solve problems efficiently, and robust interpersonal skills to build rapport while maintaining professional boundaries. A solid understanding of ethical collection practices, a commitment to upholding company values, and the ability to work independently in a field-based roleare essential for success.

The day-to-day responsibilities of a Recovery Officer involve proactive field collection activities, requiring regular customer interaction to discuss outstanding payments. You will be responsible for explaining repayment options clearly, addressing customer concerns, and skillfullynegotiating feasible recovery plans that align with company policies. This role demands proficiency in handling smartphones and mobile applications for accurate documentation of all interactions, payment collections, and updating customer records in real-time. You will meticulously follow established collection and recovery processes, ensuring compliance with all regulatory guidelines and internal protocols. Furthermore, you will identify and escalate complex cases, collaborate with internal teams to resolve disputes, and consistently strive to meet individual and team recovery targets, playing a vital part in maintaining a healthyloan portfolio.
