Hitachi Cash Management Services is seeking dedicated and reliable individuals to join our team as ATM Cash Loadersin Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, India. This is a permanent, full-time position offering a consistent work schedule from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM. We are looking to fill 10 openings for this critical role, which ensures the seamless availability of cash for our customers, playing a vital part in the daily financial operations of the region.

We are looking for candidates with up to 5 years of relevant experience who possessa strong sense of responsibility and meticulous attention to detail. Ideal applicants will demonstrate excellent communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a proactive approach to fieldwork. The ability to manage time effectively, work collaboratively in a team environment, and adhere to strictcash handling and ATM operations protocols is essential. This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from INR 156,000 to INR 180,000, reflecting the importance of your contribution.

As anATM Cash Loader, your primary responsibility will involve the secure and efficient replenishment of cash in Automated Teller Machines across designated routes within Gorakhpur. This critical role demands a high degree of integrity and precision. You will be responsible for accurately counting, verifying, and loading cash into ATM cassettes, strictly following established security procedures and company guidelines to prevent discrepancies and ensure the safety of assets. Daily tasks include transporting cash securely between the branch and various ATM locations, which requires significant fieldwork and adherence toa predefined schedule. You will also perform routine checks on ATM functionality, identify and report any operational issues or potential security breaches, and maintain meticulous records of all cash movements and transactions using basic computer systems. Effective time management is crucial to ensure allATMs are serviced promptly, minimizing downtime and maximizing customer satisfaction. Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with your team members and supervisors, providing clear communication regarding route progress, potential challenges, and any incidents encountered during your shift. Adherence to all regulatorycompliance standards and internal policies related to cash management and ATM operations is paramount in every aspect of your work.
