Job description
We are hiring Field Officers to join our growing team. This role is ideal for both freshers and experienced candidates who enjoy fieldwork and customer interaction. Responsibilities include customer acquisition, document verification, loan processing, collections, and building strong customer relationships while achieving business targets.
Eligibility: Minimum 10th Pass | Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply.
Salary: ₹12,000–₹17,000/month (based on experience).

Requirements
- Up to 3.0 years of relevant experience.
- Proven ability in Data Collection, including conducting surveys and meticulously documenting findings.
- Strong skills in Community Engagement, building trust, and organizing outreach activities.
- Experience with comprehensive Reporting, preparing progress reports, and ensuring accurate data submission.
- Capability in Project Monitoring, tracking initiatives, identifying challenges, and ensuring execution according to guidelines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Willingness to work a day shift, primarily from the Gaya office, with extensive fieldwork.
- Basic computer literacy and efficient administrative task management.
- Commitment to ethical practices and adherence to company policies.
