Field Officer

Namra Finance Ltd. is seeking a dedicated anddynamic Field Officer to join our team in Amethi, Uttar Pradesh, India. This is a permanent, full-time position operating on a day shift, based out of our office. As a Field Officer, you will be a crucial linkbetween Namra Finance and our valued customers, playing a pivotal role in expanding our reach and ensuring excellent service delivery within the local community. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about financial inclusion and eager to make a tangible impact.

We are lookingfor candidates with up to five years of relevant experience, ideally in a customer-facing or field-based role within the financial services sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to build rapport and trust with diverse clientgroups. Proficiency in smartphone usage and handling mobile applications for data entry and transaction processing is essential. A demonstrated ability in customer acquisition, business sourcing, and effective relationship building will be key to success in this role, alongside a meticulous approach to KYC verification.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve actively engaging with potential and existing clients in the field to drive business growth. This includes identifying new customer segments and opportunities for business sourcing, explaining our financial products clearly, and guiding applicantsthrough the process. You will be responsible for conducting thorough KYC verification procedures to ensure compliance and mitigate risks. Furthermore, you will play a vital role in facilitating loan disbursement, ensuring that funds reach our clients efficiently, and managing loan collection activities, including regularfollow-ups and maintaining accurate repayment records. Utilizing company-provided mobile applications, you will accurately record customer data, process transactions, and generate reports, ensuring all field activities are meticulously documented. Building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships withclients will be paramount, requiring regular visits and proactive problem-solving to address their financial needs.

This role offers a competitive salary range of INR 144,000 to 216,000 per annum, commensuratewith your experience and skills.
