Orange Antelopes is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our customer's team as a Room Service Boy in Narmadapuram, Madhya Pradesh, India. We have two openings available for this role, which operates on rotational shifts to ensure comprehensive service coverage for our guests. As a Room Service Boy, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the guest experience by delivering exceptional in-room dining services. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that guests receive their orders promptly and courteously, contributing significantly to their comfort and satisfaction during their stay. This position requires a keen eye for detail, a proactive approach to service, and a genuine desire to provide outstanding hospitality. Your daily responsibilities will involve meticulously preparing and delivering food and beverage orders directly to guest rooms, ensuring each item is presented perfectly and arrives at the optimal temperature. This includes carefully setting up trays or tables within the guest's room, adhering to specific guest requests and maintaining a high standard of presentation. You will also be responsible for efficiently clearing used dishes and service items from rooms, ensuring cleanliness and tidiness are consistently upheld. A key aspect of your role will be to interact with guests in a polite and professional manner, taking orders accurately when required and addressing any immediate needs or inquiries they may have with a quick response. Collaboration with kitchen staff and front desk personnel will be essential to coordinate orders and ensure seamless service delivery, requiring effective teamwork and communication skills. Furthermore, you will maintain a thorough awareness of hygiene standards, ensuring all service equipment and areas are kept impeccably clean, and you will manage your time effectively to handle multiple deliveries and tasks efficiently throughout your shift.

To succeed in this work-from-office role, candidates must possess excellent Communication Skills and demonstrate consistently Polite Behavior towards guests and colleagues alike. A strong commitment to Customer Service is paramount, coupled with the ability to work effectively as part of a Teamwork-oriented environment.
