Namra Finance Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Field Officerto join our team in Buldhana, Maharashtra, India. This is a permanent, full-time position offering a competitive annual salary ranging from INR 144,000 to INR 216,000. Asa Field Officer, you will be the face of Namra Finance Ltd., directly engaging with our customers and potential clients in the local community. Your primary objective will be to drive business growth through active customer acquisition and the efficient management of our financialproducts. This role demands a proactive approach, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to fostering lasting relationships, ensuring our services meet the needs of individuals and small businesses.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve extensive fieldwork, focusingon **Customer Acquisition** and **Business Sourcing** by identifying and reaching out to potential clients within your designated area. You will be responsible for explaining our various financial products, guiding applicants through the process, and meticulously conducting **KYC Verification** to ensure compliance and mitigate risks. A key part of your role will be facilitating **Loan Disbursement** to approved customers, ensuring a smooth and timely process. Furthermore, you will actively manage **Loan Collection** efforts, maintaining clear communication withclients regarding their repayment schedules and addressing any concerns. This role requires excellent **Communication Skills** and **Interpersonal Skills** to build and maintain strong **Relationship Building** with customers, fostering trust and loyalty. You will also be expected to utilizea smartphone for daily operations, demonstrating proficiency in **Smartphone Usage** and **Mobile Application Handling** for data entry, reporting, and managing client interactions efficiently.

To succeed in this role, you should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, enablingyou to connect effectively with diverse individuals. While prior experience in financial services is a plus, we welcome fresh graduates or individuals with up to five years of experience who demonstrate enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. A basic understanding of financial products and theability to use mobile applications for work are essential. You must be self-motivated, possess a high degree of integrity, and be comfortable with extensive local travel within Buldhana.
