Orange Antelopes is seeking a dedicated and proactive Purchase Executive to join our team in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India. This is a permanent, full-time position offering a stable careerpath within a dynamic work environment. As a key member of our procurement department, you will operate during day shift hours, playing a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and timely acquisition of goods and services essential to our operations. The ideal candidate will possess 1.0 to 4.0 years of relevant experience in a purchasing or procurement role. A strong understanding ofprocurement principles and practices is essential, coupled with proven proficiency in Purchase Order Processing and meticulous Documentation. Candidates should demonstrate excellent Vendor Coordination abilities, capable of building and maintaining robust supplier relationships. Familiarity with ERP Systems and Tally is a prerequisite for this role, as is a solid grasp of Inventory Management techniques. We value individuals with strong Communication Skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to contribute to MIS Reporting and effective Report Writing. While not a managerial role, a proactive approach andnascent Leadership Skills, such as taking initiative and problem-solving, will be highly regarded.

On a day-to-day basis, the Purchase Executive will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the procurement cycle. Thisincludes accurately creating, issuing, and diligently tracking Purchase Orders, ensuring all specifications and delivery timelines are met. You will actively engage in Vendor Coordination, liaising with existing suppliers to negotiate favorable terms, resolve discrepancies, and foster strong, collaborative relationships, while also identifying and evaluating new potential vendors to expand our supply base. A critical aspect of this role involves maintaining comprehensive and accurate Documentation for all procurement activities, including contracts, invoices, and delivery notes, ensuring compliance and audit readiness. Youwill regularly utilize ERP Systems and Tally for managing procurement processes, tracking inventory levels, and processing financial transactions related to purchases. Effective Inventory Management will be key, involving monitoring stock levels, forecasting demand, and initiating timely replenishment to prevent shortages oroverstocking. Furthermore, you will be tasked with preparing detailed MIS Reports on procurement performance, cost analysis, and vendor reliability, requiring strong Report Writing skills to present insights clearly to management. This role also involves continuous market research to identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure the acquisition of high-quality materials and services, alongside proactively addressing any supply chain challenges that may arise.
