A significant part of your day will involve customerinteraction, where you will explain collection and recovery processes, answer queries, and provide support while maintaining a professional and empathetic demeanor. You will utilize your smartphone handling skills and proficiency with mobile applications to accurately record all interactions, update customer information, trackpayment statuses, and manage your daily collection routes efficiently. Furthermore, you will be expected to identify and address potential issues that may hinder recovery, applying problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and ensure a smooth collection process, all while adhering strictly toethical guidelines and company protocols.
To excel in this role, candidates should possess excellent Communication Skills, strong Negotiation Skills, and robust Interpersonal Skills to build rapport and manage sensitive conversations effectively.
