Recovery Officer

Namra Finance Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and proactive Recovery Officer to join our team in Kasganj, Uttar Pradesh, India. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or those with up to half a yearof experience who are eager to make an impact. The successful candidate will be instrumental in maintaining positive customer relationships while effectively addressing overdue accounts. Your ability to communicate clearly, negotiate effectively, and solve problems will be paramount in achieving collection targets and ensuringcompliance with company policies.

The core responsibilities of the Recovery Officer will involve actively engaging with customers to facilitate the recovery of outstanding payments. This includes conducting field collection activities, which will require regular field travel within the designated area to meet withcustomers directly. You will be responsible for initiating contact with customers regarding their overdue accounts, understanding their financial situations, and skillfully negotiating viable repayment plans that benefit both the customer and Namra Finance Ltd. A significant part of your day will involve customerinteraction, where you will explain collection and recovery processes, answer queries, and provide support while maintaining a professional and empathetic demeanor. You will utilize your smartphone handling skills and proficiency with mobile applications to accurately record all interactions, update customer information, trackpayment statuses, and manage your daily collection routes efficiently. Furthermore, you will be expected to identify and address potential issues that may hinder recovery, applying problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and ensure a smooth collection process, all while adhering strictly toethical guidelines and company protocols.

To excel in this role, candidates should possess excellent Communication Skills, strong Negotiation Skills, and robust Interpersonal Skills to build rapport and manage sensitive conversations effectively. A keen ability to handle smartphones and mobile applications fordata entry and route management is essential, alongside a proactive approach to Problem Solving. While prior experience is not strictly necessary, candidates with up to 0.5 years of experience in a related field are also encouraged to apply.
