Facility Manager

AI-Colegion is seeking two dedicated and proactive Facility Managers to join our team in Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra, India. This is a permanent, full-time, work-from-office position, ideal for individuals with 1.0 to 3.0 years of relevant experience who are ready to take on a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our premises. As a Facility Manager at AI-Colegion, you will be instrumental in overseeing the daily operations and upkeep of our facilities, directlycontributing to a productive and comfortable work environment. We are looking for candidates with a strong foundation in operations management, possessing excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiencyin managing various aspects of facility services, including vendor relations, maintenance scheduling, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Your day-to-dayresponsibilities will encompass a broad spectrum of facility management tasks, ensuring that our infrastructure and services consistently meet the highest standards. You will be responsible for coordinating and supervising all maintenance activities, including HVAC systems, electrical installations, plumbing, and general repairs, often working with external contractors and service providers. This includes conducting regular inspections to identify and address potential issues proactively, implementing preventative maintenance schedules, and responding promptly to facility-related requests from staff. Furthermore, you will manage vendor relationships, negotiatingcontracts for services such as cleaning, security, and waste management, while meticulously monitoring their performance to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality. A critical aspect of your role will involve ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, conducting safetydrills, and maintaining proper documentation. You will also assist with space planning and optimization, managing office layouts, and overseeing the procurement and inventory of office supplies and equipment.
