Furthermore, candidates must be comfortable with smartphone usage and adept at handlingmobile applications for efficient field operations and data management.

As a Field Officer, your primary responsibilities will involve actively engaging with the community to drive customer acquisition and business sourcing initiatives. This includes identifying potential clients, understanding their financial needs, and effectivelypresenting Namra Finance Ltd.'s range of products and services. You will be crucial in conducting thorough KYC verification processes, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurately collected and compliant with regulatory standards. Furthermore, you will facilitate the smooth process of loan disbursement, guiding clients through the terms and conditions, and subsequently manage loan collection activities, including timely follow-ups and addressing client queries. Utilizing your smartphone and our dedicated mobile applications will be essential for efficient data management, transaction processing, and maintaining robust client relationships, all while building and nurturing long-term trust within the community.

This full-time, permanent position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from INR 144,000 to INR 216,000, along withthe opportunity to make a significant impact in financial inclusion.
